The project unveiled was a two-classroom block at Ruhega Primary School in Kakanena Parish, Rugarama North Sub-county, built at a cost of 147 million shillings by Mutwi Contractors Limited. The facility features a terrazzo floor, twin desks for pupils, and a 10,000-liter water tank to support sanitation and learning.
